• Refunds

To preserve the rarity of our templates, we do not offer credits, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. No exceptions.

PayPal/MoneyBookers Purchases

We reserve the right to request proof of identity from any PayPal/MoneyBookers member. Furthermore, all New Unverified PayPal/MonkeyBookers members will be required to provide proof of identity. Proof of identity may be provided in the form of scanned copies of a driver's licence and one other supporting document, such as a utility bill or telephone bill. Please note: If you are unable to provide this documentation, please do not process your order via PayPal/MoneyBooks. Your purchase of our product(s) via PayPal/MoneyBookers implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Installations

We do not install any of our products which require this (Wordpress templates, Prestashop templates, etc.). Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.

Antifraud Check

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Third-Parties Services

UHUpage.com may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website.
